We have been supplying high pressure air compressors to critical industrial applications for 120 years. Originally operating from the Ranelagh Road factory in Ipswich, Reavell are proud to have played an integral role in the modernisation of the City of London - with backup generator starting compressors providing the backbone of the London Stock Exchange and the Bank of England, and train braking air compressors delivering extreme reliability on the revolutionary London Underground.

Minimum Downtime

Reavell’s dedicated engineering team ensure that our high pressure air compressor designs have the ideal balance of a compact footprint, whilst ensuring that critical components are easily accessible. This guarantees that downtime during servicing and maintenance is kept to a minimum, as illustrated in the graph on the right.

1,500 Hour Service Intervals

Reavell high pressure compressors come with market leading service intervals of up to 1,500 hours. We provide preventative maintenance kits that are specifically designed to minimise costs. The kits include everything from minor air end servicing down to running gear overhauls. Not only will your machine run longer between services, but it will also be running long after competitor machines have had to be replaced.

With a wide choice of water and air cooled high pressure compressors, Reavell offers a high quality solution for every compressor up to 400 bar.

Whatever the technology, we aim to deliver the highest possible flow rate from the most compact equipment possible. Giving you more space for equipment or maintenance, and lower transportation and installation costs. For example, the Reavell 5209 provides 19% more air, but with a 25% smaller footprint and 29% less weight than competitor products – saving valuable space and improving accessibility.

In fact, with Reavell high pressure air compressors, easy maintenance is built in. Across our range, critical operations such as valve servicing can be carried out with a single tool, and by removing just a single component. By eliminating unnecessary complexity, the cost of servicing is significantly reduced, equipment is up and running more quickly, and expensive downtime is minimised.
